Sterling Accreditation have teamed up with Northern Energy Training to provide a fully managed route for experienced energy assessors to become accredited to provide Display Energy Certificates (DECs) in Scotland.
DECs will be required by businesses wishing to defer their action plan under the new Section 63 requirements from 1st September 2016. They can also be used by large organisations to help demonstrate compliance with the ESOS regulations.
